The vineyard is handled by integrated production and ecological agriculture. Herbicides,(with the exception of string), insecticides or acaricides are not used.
With this type of cultivating, the green jobs are indispensable, principally leaf removal, clearing the grape and pinching out bunches. In this way the microclimate is bettered at grape level, (more quality and less fungi), and the foliage surface is augmented and exposed which adjusts the quality and quantity of each area to the maximum.
